Dale has spent more than thirty years refining his skills in business leadership, finance, and sales. He is often quoted as saying "Adding value to the visit is the key to a long and successful relationship". Over the last twenty years Dale moved into leadership roles with Word Entertainment and most recently, with Manulife Bank. "My greatest success and reward is having a hand in the success of others".
Now as a Private Wealth Advisor, Dale enjoys the same reward by assisting others along their path to success. In fact, it was while exploring investment opportunities for himself that Dale discovered the broad range of opportunities that exist in the world of Private Capital.
Adding real value to the visit means taking the time to listen. It’s so important to understand what our clients truly need. In a world today where we so often get a “telephone tree” or an on-line solution, it’s nice to know there is someone who will actually listen to us and that, I believe is what sets Dale apart from the many others who offer a financial service.

Dale and his wife Wendy (forty two years and counting) are empty nesters now, except for a couple of Yorki-Poos. They have spent their entire careers here in the National Capital Region where all three of their (adult) children were raised.

If there is one thing that I have learned from my twenty plus years of management, it is that being the boss is easy, but being a leader is hard. People matter. The most recent decade of my career was spent in the banking world and focused on cash flow and debt management.
