As an Exempt Market Securities Dealer, ‘R and D’ is constantly reviewing new investment opportunities for you, the client. Each opportunity must go through a rigorous ‘due diligence’ process to prove the efficacy of the proposed offering. If the investment opportunity adds value to our suite of offerings, then we can offer it to you. 

With you, we then consider carefully what investments will add value and diversity to your portfolio. Each investment must be right for you before we will consider it.

Investment Strategies 

It is understood that the very wealthy among us invest quite differently. Their strategy includes far more than stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Large funds, such as pensions, also include multiple strategies and private investments, in their offerings.
